Massive DECO MEXICAN SILVER BRACELET COIN CHARM
$285

If you love those massive, really heavy 1930s charm bracelets that bring to mind bikers' jewelry then this piece is for you! Especially since it is accompanied by a carefully cut-out old Panamanian coin featuring the profile of Vasco Nunez de Balboa, the Spanish conquistador who first settled Panama. I believe this is a 1934 "Un Balboa" coin which was minted out of .900 silver and the detail on it is exquisite. The bracelet measures 7 1/2" long by 5/8" wide and at least 1/8" thick while the coin is 1 1/2" in diameter and adds a 2" drop to the bracelet. The set weighs 88.3 grams. Marked "MEXICO SILVER" in early raised letters on the bracelet; the coin charm is only partially marked since parts of it have been cut-out but enough is still there to help identify it. Dating in the 1930s-40s and in excellent vintage condition.
