| Emulating William Spratling's signature "Caviar" design, an early Taxco silver necklace, very well made, with excellent weight and beautiful patina. I always found the clusters of perfectly executed repousse bubbles forming this piece particularly pleasing to the eye and I love the way the necklace lies around the neck - it feels very comfortable and intimate in a distinctly warm way. Measuring a wearable 16" long it is just shy of 5/8" wide and weighs 71.1 grams. It is simply marked "MADE IN TAXCO", dates in the 1940s and is in excellent vintage condition. | ||
