| Very pronounced repousse, strong stippled background and a more unusual graduated shape make this floral cuff bracelet a veritable treasure to wear and to own. I was not able to find a signature on it which surprises me since the workmanship and bold design are en par with similar creations bearing the name of the best in this genre. Yet here it is, an anonymous beauty, glowing with the patina of well-loved silver and stunning. The cuff has an inner circumference of 7 1/16" (including the 1 1/8" gap) and it is relatively adjustable like most bracelets of this type. Its width varies between 2 1/8" in the center front and 9/16" at its narrowest, on either end. It weighs 41.7 grams and is not hallmarked for metal content but tests as silver and is guaranteed to be of at least 900 purity though I suspect that it might actually be sterling. Dating in the 1930s or early 1940s and in excellent vintage condition. | ||
