Based on a Salvador Teran design, the bracelet at hand is a great match to the Taller Taxco necklace also currently available in my inventory (please look for item no 1229490). Pre-Colombian motifs with a mod twist in their interpretation make for a visually stimulating and definitely different piece. The dangling charm which reflects the necklace's pendant is undoubtedly a strength and determination statement - don't you think? The bracelet is 7 7/8" long but I think it would wear more like a 7 1/4" to 7 1/2" due to the rondelles in the chain which have a diameter of 1/2". The charm itself is 1 3/8" tall by 1 1/8" wide and adds a 1 1/2" drop to the bracelet. Weighing 36.6 grams, this piece is signed with maker's initials "VGV" as well as "HECHO EN MEXICO D.F." and "STERLING". Dating in the mid- to later 1940s and in excellent vintage condition with fantastic patina.
