A really challenging piece to photograph - all those surfaces that curve and turn and face each other just won't behave! - yet equally impressive and inventive in its design, this bracelet is based on a creation by Antonio Pineda that seems quite difficult to find. Signed by an unidentified maker in our case, it has powerful presence, the "sharpness" of the links' pointy ends softened by the warm caramel and brown tones in the tortoise shell inlay. You can see it here with a necklace also based on an Antonio design and available in my inventory - the two make an amazing set! The bracelet has an inner circumference of 6 1/2" (clasped; perfect for smaller to medium wrists) and its width is 7/8". It weighs 88.6 grams and bears Eagle 2 assay mark as well as its maker's initials as shown and "TAXCO MEXICO 925". It is in excellent vintage condition with great patina, no flaws in the inlay, quite comfortable to wear and stupendous to look at.
