| African 5 string bowed harp, probably from Zaire or Congo. Pegs and strings are missing. The spoon shaped hollowed wood sound box is covered with skin and the arm is a carved female figure with a topknot coiffure. Middle 20th century. Excellent condition, beautiful patina. The instrument is 30" long end to end, and 5" wide. It stands 30" high on a custom museum stand. Shipping extra. Connecticut residents and buyers picking up in Connecticut add 6.35% state sales tax.
