Bronze matador by Spanish sculptor Aurelio Teno born July 7 1927 in Villanueva del Duque, near Cordoba. Studied at Cordoba School of Arts and Crafts, lived in Paris 12 years,exhibited in Spain, France and the USA. His bronze and stone figure of Don Quixote is part of the Smithsonian's collection and stands at NH Ave and G St NW Washington DC. This bronze measures 4.75 inches high by 3 inches wide and 2.25 inches deep. The stand is 4 by 4 by 1 and seven eighths inches high. Signed A Teno on lower back right. Shipping extra.
