This beautiful bracelet was designed and made by Boyd Tsosie, a talented Navajo silversmith. Tsosie was taught by Kenneth Begay, of the White Hogan School. His unique silversmith techniques, lapidary skills and sense of modernistic design allow him to create extraordinary jewelry. Notice the extremely fine quality of the casting and its finish. The gold tone in the bracelet is the result of a chemical patina process. To avoid the Gold oxidizing further, Boyd coats the bracelet. Excellent condition. Measurements: 3 cm (1&3/16”) wide; 14.4 cm (5&5/8”) inside circumference; 2.5 cm (15/16”) opening; lapis stone 1.2 cm (1/2”) tall by .5 cm (1/4”) bottom by .9 cm (3/8”) top. The Lapis Lazuli stone has “flecks of gold” and is set in a gold bezel (probably 14K BUT I have not tested it) Email questions. Thanks
