| Japanese 20th century melon shaped vase by Japan Living National Treasure, Tokuda Yasokichi III, born Tokuda Masahiko in Komatsu, Japan. Vase is of simple bottle form with indented neck and wide rimmed top. Tokuda Yasokichi III became Living National Treasure in 1997 and is recognized for work with Saiyu, glaze color gradation technique. This vase comes with TOMOBAKO, original artist signed wooden storage box. The vase measures 8 1/2" tall and 8 1/2" in diameter at the widest. | |||||||||||
