A Chinese Bronze Garlic Mouth Vase, Ming, 17th C.

A small vase with a band of stylised spiral of abstract form beneath a band of diamond spirals. The waist wit a pair of simple handles. The garlic mouth has a neatly formed rim. Us usual with bronzes of this period the base is made separately and soldered into place.

Approximately 17 cm high. Fine original condition.
