Exceptional Islamic Candlestick, 19th Century.

A FINELY WORKED BRASS OR BRONZE ISLAMIC CANDLESTICK, 19TH CENTURY. .

This amazing candlestick was probably made in Isfahan, Persia, towards the end of the 19th century. The workmanship is remarkable as you may see from the photographs. It is manufactured in sections held together with a threaded iron rod.

7.1/8 inches (18.1 cm) high. The feet are a little bent here and there, otherwise fine condition.
