A PORCELAIN SNUFF BOTTLE, CHINESE, 19TH CENTURY.
The rectangular bottle moulded with ‘Shou’ characters set against a turquoise ground. Genuine. 2.5/8 inches (6.7cm) high. Fine overall condition with only a ‘bruise’ line on the edge of the unglazed foot-rim. The turquoise is less strong than my photographs suggest. Please study the photographs. If you would like to see the photographs in a larger format or file size, which is with less compression, or you would like pictures of a particular detail please let me know.
