A beautifully crafted porcelain stand for a wine cup decorated with scrolling leaves within a diaper border. Beneath the rim are painted auspicious symbols. The stand has an unglazed circle within the foot-rim upon which it stood during the firing, the foot-rim fully glazed. A good strong cobalt blue. Circa 1700 ~ 1720.

4.3/8 inches (11.8 cm) diameter. In good, original, condition. Inconspicuous firing fault lines around the central wall. Please study the photographs.
