This Blanc de Chin Snuff bottle has much finer details than most. It is a little larger, at 4" tall. Well signed on bottom. Very well placed design elements atop the very high fired white porcelain. Traditional eagle design. These beautiful bottles are often over looked because they are so subtle. Invest in subtle it is a very smart choice. Vintage workmanship
These outstanding gems often get overlooked by collectors. I do not know why, I love them. They are very hand intensive, made by pressing white porcelain images, sculpting and applying to a white base. Very high fired and subject to kiln damage. The ones that avoid any damage come out to be true beauties. This one is several decades old, shows a fisherman. It is about 2 5/8" tall.
Released in the early 1980 by Franklin mint from a series of several nice quality glass enameled 2 3/4" boxes, with colorful printed fired on decorations and this one with a love sonnet XVIII by W. Shakespeare. No damage, no wear, great piece at a very low price.

A classic piece by Arthur Court Designs. You see a bronze Bull Dog, oak wood body ink well. It is just under 6" tall. Heavy piece by famous designer. "C" dated 1979. The oak wood body has shrinkage cracks, does not devalue the piece. No other damage to this great piece of desk art.
Outstanding carving and details. A very complex Mammoth Ivory snuff bottle. Extinct ivory, not endangered. Two Lizards on an eggplant. 2" tall. The quality of this bottle would put it into a museum collection, or any collection that has the best. A rare find. I will not ship this piece out of the USA.
The carving on this bottle is outstanding. It has been done by a true master. It is Mammoth Ivory from long extinct tusks. It is one of the best I have had and it is a masterpiece of work. It is about 2 1/2" tall and has survived with no damage. Bird atop the ivory spoon and birds on the delicate cabbage leaves. A wonderful piece. I will not ship this piece out of the USA.
This beautiful Mammoth Ivory snuff bottle has carving that you seldom see outside of museums. It is not antique but it is vintage. You see three fine birds eating gourds. It is about 2 3/8" tall. Mammoth ivory comes from long extinct animals and is not poached. This bottle is in the beautiful condition you see in photos. Signed with bird atop spoon. I do not ship ivory outside of the USA.
