| I have taken an Antique Imagerie D'Epinal Paper toy theater sheet. Miniaturized it, hand cut and constructed this Fantastic Paper toy theater set. The set is elaborate, the Devil player sits on a ring of fire which is placed on the open pit to hell, there is also the King and Queen of Hell to watch in their thrones [two sided paper toy actors, with wood support bases]. This set is 5 1/2" tall, 4 1/2" wide at top of wings, 2 7/8" deep [approx]. It is card stock paper with wood support. It took many hours of work, but the result is a very rare recreation of a Victorian fantasy paper toy theater. A treasure to re enter the collectors world. | ||
