| In an iridescent blue glass, this vase shimmers in shades of purple, green and gold depending on the light. One, lone blue and white flower is slightly raised to the touch with a center of yellow. Vertical streaks in reed-like shapes appear intermittently around the entire circumference. This blown vase is a lovely example of the artist's earlier work. Pontil marks are present and polished. Used for display only, the vessel is in very good condition with ware to the bottom. The oversized "S" of the etched signature extends up from the bottom about 1/4".
