| Exceptional Vintage Mexican Silver Repousse Pin by Matilde Poulat. Intricately detailed silver surfaces created out of repousse and chase work. Portraying a most Mexican of themes -- the eagle and snake of Aztec lore. Rich, warm patina throughout. In very good vintage condition. Measures 2 1/4" across and approximately 1/4" deep. Such a fine example of Mexican silver work that a version of this pin in its necklace form was selected in the Spratling and the Mexican Silver Renaissance Museum show. | |||||||||
