| Strongly designed, well executed vintage Mexican silver and amethyst necklace by Carmen Beckmann. This necklace, like many of Maestra Beckmann's designs, is characterized by a strong, dramatic aesthetic. Large trapezoid-like silver links are ingeniously connected with amethyst cabochon jump-links. Measuring 16 1/4" by 5/8" wide. Nice weight. Marked with an oval hallmark of Sterling, Beckmann and a second mark that appears to read Mexico. In fine vintage condition with light surface wear visible on the interior aspect.
