This group of antique Chinese Peking glass snuff bottles are made to depict stone and amber, with details, texture, and inclusions that are beautifully realistic. These two Georgian round base, baluster stem candlesticks match perfectly, and were obviously made by the same hand, with one being signed with spurious hallmarks. With exceptionally fine detail, this bronze Quan Yin holds the traditional water bottle, surrounded by a Mandorla covered with foliate and wave motifs. The sculpture is 7 1/2" high, on a round base 2 1/4" in diameter. The patina is dark, with some rubbing to back and base where it appears to have been lightly cleaned, and there is some verdigris on the surface.
