| Created by the Cilli factory in Schutz, Austria, this fine majolica charger features a Satyr playing the pan flute in a wooded setting, while a Cupid looks on. The background is turquoise, the wooded scene in translucent green, and the border is a rich brown, featuring floral designs and six pointed stars of interlocking triangles. It measures 13 3/8" in diameter and has a deep foot with holes for hanging. Very good condition, a few glaze flakes around the outer rim, but no chips, cracks, or scratches to surface. Beautiful color and very nice detail make this charger a vibrant and quality piece for any decor. | ||
