Worn but pretty lady stick pin. I believe her to be brass with a gold wash, which is largely gone. Her hair ends in a row of sparkly stones; I’m not sure what they are, and one of them was glued in crookedly. Head and stones measure 5/8” x 3/8”, total length is 2-9/16”. Circa 1920s. NOTE that we will only accept a check for this item. Thanks.

This handsome fellow’s head measures 5/8 x 11/16". He is made from 14kt yellow gold (there are illegible marks, so we tested it). The red eye is too small to identify, so assume glass. It weighs 1.4g or 0.05oz. and is in excellent condition. Please read this description and look at the photos very carefully, as we are not responsible for buyer remorse. Thanks! Here is a very Victorian pin – 9 karat rose gold (unmarked but tested), wrapped in spirals around a little branch of coral. Parts of the gold have a nice engraved design. The pin stem assembly is original. It measures 1-1/2" x 5/8". It could use a bit of a cleaning, otherwise in very good condition. Please read this description and look at the photos very carefully, as we are not responsible for buyer remorse. Thanks! Shipping, handling & insurance within the USA included.

This stunner is made from a magical moonstone with a cat’s eye across the top. The subtle color floats in the stone, making it mesmerizing to look at (we couldn’t do it justice in the photos). Moonstones have been symbolic of passion), but also intuition and good fortune. The setting is Celtic interlace, or “entrelac.” M, B created designs for Liberty & Co., as well as producing their own line of jewelry from 1884 – 1916...

This gorgeous necklace features 13 Madera citrines (birthstone for November; it is said to bring joy and optimism into one’s life) – 3 clusters of 3 each, and 4 set singly. The central cluster has a pearl dangle. The rose gold is marked 9ct on the clasp, but it tests as a weak 10k. No other marks. Wearable length is 18-3/4”. Excellent condition. The clasp is a little fussy, but could easily be replaced. Circa 1910 or earlier...

Here is a splendid and wonderful locket depicting some sort of critter – we haven’t been able to decide what, exactly. He has a diamond in his mouth, and his eyes are red stones. Measuring 1-1/8”, and marked 10k, he is set up inside for 2 photographs with both celluloid and photo rings. He also sports a maker’s mark for Kroll. In excellent condition and Circa 1900. NOTE: the photos of the back show the color best...

This pair of identical rich yellow gold pins would be an excellent addition to your collection of Victorian jewelry! 1-1/4” x ¼”, they say “BEBE” on the front. They test as 9k, weigh 3.0 g, and the findings are signed “VID”. There are tiny flowers and floral designs at the edges. It looks like the findings are old replacements. One of them has 2 brownish stains on the back, otherwise in excellent condition...

Here is a nicely detailed pin showing a pheasant sitting amongst flowers and ferns. Pretty! It has a loop so it can also be worn as a necklace. Measuring 2-1/8” x 1", and weighing 7.8g or .28oz., it is in excellent condition. It is stamped “sterling” and has unknown makers marks. Here is a pair of earrings which we had made over from a single cuff link, made c. 1920. Recycling/upcycling at its best! My jeweler came up with an ingenious way of creating these earrings – please see the photos. The backing of each (old) peacock glass setting is marked STERLING, and the (new) ear wires are sterling as well. Each cab measures 9/16” x 5/16", and the earrings hang a total of 1-1/2” each...

Here is a lovely gold-in-quartz (also called gold quartz and gold-bearing quartz) brooch from the Victorian era. Gold-in-quartz is rare and becoming more so! It’s our understanding that it is now found in very few places in the world – possibly only one mine in California. The 14k setting has twisted gold on top of a carved gold oval. It measures 1-3/8 x 1-1/8". The pin assembly has been replaced. In excellent condition...

This lovely jewel features a circle of 6 ginkgo leaves radiating out from a tiny diamond, with rows of seed pearls in between. The enamel is lovely, detailed, and subtle. It is both a brooch and a pendant. The bale is on a swivel; it folds down neatly so that it’s invisible when worn as a brooch. Unmarked but tested 14k rose gold, about 33 pearls, and an approximately .02 full cut old diamond, slightly chipped. The jewel measures 1-1/16” in diameter and weighs 5.7g or .2 oz. The enamel might...

Here is an interesting pair of identical pins from the Art Nouveau era. They feature a woman’s face flanked by flowers; their hair is greenish! I have been unable to determine what the metal is, so assume base metal. They measure 1-1/4” x ½”. The pin stem assemblies are old, but they may be replacements. Circa 1900. Here is a very pretty ring with a triangular synthetic alexandrite and 2 full-cut diamond accent stones. The stone is a steel blue in daylight, and a pretty purple in incandescent light, with teal blue flashes; it measures ¼” per side. Size 7-3/4, and easily sized. It is marked 10k and is in excellent condition – we believe it was never worn. Circa 2000. This Victorian-style ring is very nicely done. The elaborate gothic prongs set off the large iolite (approx. 2 ct.), and there are 4 small single cut accent diamonds. The setting measures 7/8” north to south, and ¾” east to west. Approximately size 8-1/2. It is marked 14k, the setting is red gold and the shank is yellow gold. Here is a stickpin featuring a yummy burnt-orange colored oval carnelian, set in 10kt gold and surrounded by an oval of gold set with 4 seed pearls. It is marked 10kt. The setting measures 13/16” x 1/2", and the whole thing 2-3/8". The pin has a bit of a bend to it toward the top, otherwise in excellent antique condition. Most likely Victorian or Edwardian. Ruby is the birthstone for July, and symbolizes love, devotion, and immortality. Pearls symbolize purity and harmony. What a great combination for these pretty earrings! They are marked 375 for 9 karat gold, although they test as 10k. The hanging flower basket motif is quite charming! They contain a total of 16 rubies and 18 seed pearls. The total length is 1-7/8”, and together they weight 4.3g. As usual with older earrings, it’s possible that the wires are replacements. In excellent condi...

Here is a beautiful ring, from either the early Victorian or late Georgian period, in rose gold which tests as 18k. The center stone is a ruby cut in an older style, but in excellent condition - possibly a replacement stone. It is surrounded by 8 rose cut and more randomly-cut diamonds that might be foiled, but in any case are in a closed-back setting. Typically for the period, a couple of them are chipped or have fractures. It is unmarked and has a nice patina. The ring is a size 8-1/4, and cou...
