Shades of emerald, peridot, and topaz set in gold-tone metal make this a wonderful piece, and its size makes it a statement. Measuring 2-1/2” x 1-1/2”, it is in excellent condition. All the stones are present, and prong set. There are some repairs on the back, and it’s possible that the pin stem assembly is not original, but none of that has any impact on the beauty of this piece...

This lovely jewel features a circle of 6 ginkgo leaves radiating out from a tiny diamond, with rows of seed pearls in between. The enamel is lovely, detailed, and subtle. It is both a brooch and a pendant. The bale is on a swivel; it folds down neatly so that it’s invisible when worn as a brooch. Unmarked but tested 14k rose gold, about 33 pearls, and an approximately .02 full cut old diamond, slightly chipped. The jewel measures 1-1/16” in diameter and weighs 5.7g or .2 oz...

Here is a lovely young lady, nicely realized in 14k (marked and tested) yellow gold. She is shown in profile against a textured oval background. Her hair curls around at the base of the oval, and her bangs are in slight disarray – sweet! She measures ½” x 3/8”, with an overall length of 2-1/4”. 1.4 g. She could be cleaned up a bit – we leave that to the new owner to decide. Circa 1900 and in excellent condition...

Amethysts are traditionally though to aid in clarity of mind, putting the wearer in touch with their intuitions, and helping to cure headaches – and they are famous for aiding in sobriety! This large amethyst should be a great help, measuring 10mm across. It is set in a framework of leaves that bring to mind the Arts and Crafts era, with another leaf on the bale, and a fringe of tiny seed pearls dangles below. It is marked and tested 14k gold and weighs 1.8g...

They are double sided, with decorated separating links, and each “end” measures 9/16” x1/2". They are marked “White Gold Front Belais 14k”, and “Talon Grip Trade Mark”. They weigh 6.1g or .21oz, and the fronts are in very good condition. A bit of reddish metal – copper? – shows through on the backs, from wear which is consistent with age. Circa 1920...

This very beautiful ring, with a continuous wheat sheaf pattern (wheat signifies love and charity), most likely comes out of the turn of the last century, according to a jewelry historian. She also said it was probably made using a process called “die rolling.” It is marked “22ct”, “PLATINUM”, and the maker’s mark is “B’s”. Size 5-1/4 plus a little, and it cannot be sized. 5.6 grams. It is in excellent condition, and really just fabulous. (If you wish to use PayPal, your add...

The back shows a banner with a saint (or possibly the Madonna and Child – hard to tell) with two people praying. Also shown are a spear, the pommel of a swo...
