This is a classic Victorian pin/necklace in a pinwheel design, with 9 lovely bright dark purple garnet and glass doublets, and lots of seed pearls. It has both a pin stem assembly for use as a brooch, and a ring for a chain. Hallmarked 10k on the clasp. There is a small break in the gold framework, which doesn’t endanger the piece at all, and isn’t noticeable without magnification; otherwise in excellent condition. 1” in diameter. Circa 1880...

Here is a pretty brush with repousse decorations depicting Art Nouveau lilies on the top, and fancy swirls on the handle. It measures 5-3/4” x 3". It is stamped Sterling, and there are other, illegible, marks. There is a little bit of damage to the silver at the top of the brush, which is shown in - and is actually exaggerated by – the photos. The handle has a plain area on both sides, ready for your monogram. On one side this area has some dings to it...

Here is a pretty Art Deco style brooch, unsigned, but made in the style of the French jeweler Catherine Popesco. The decoration makes us think of a partly cloudy summer sky. It is made from red, blue, black, and cream-colored enamel on silver-toned metal. It measures 2-1/4” x ½”, and is in excellent condition. Please read this description and look at the photos very carefully, as we are not responsible for buyer remorse. Thanks! Shipping, handling & insurance within the USA included.

Here is a very sweet little pin signed by Hermann & Speck, well-known jewelers of Pforzheim, Germany. It is centered by a blue sapphire, and there is a pearl dangle. It is marked 333 for 8k gold (we hadn’t seen that before!), but when we tested it, it held for 10k. It is also marked “Depose,” which translates roughly as “patent.” It measures 1-7/16” x 1" including the pearl dangle, and weighs 2.5g/.08oz. In excellent condition, and circa 1900...

This sweet pin has a water lily motif highlighted with a tiny pearl. (Water lilies are symbols of purity and enlightenment.) It is unmarked but tests as 10kt gold. It measures 1-1/8”, and weighs in at 0.04 oz. It would look lovely on a lapel or a delicate blouse. Circa 1900. Here is one of my favorite lavaliers! I’m finally putting it up for sale after hoarding it for ages. It is quintessential Art Nouveau: a graceful and elegant shape with a flower and whiplash motif. The central amethyst weighs approximately ½ carat, and it is graced by 28 seed pearls. Feng Shui practitioners believe amethysts aid in purification, and give access to a higher plane of energy...

This beauty is made from unmarked but tested 18k yellow gold. The flower is enameled in black, and it has a tiny central old-cut diamond. There is a little chipping to the enamel, but it’s still quite lovely. The flower measures 1/2” x ¾” and the whole thing is 2-1/2” long. C 1900. Great cuff links by Belais, one of the companies who pioneered in the use of white gold, and so very collectible. They are double sided, with decorated separating links, and each “end” measures 9/16” x1/2". They are marked “White Gold Front Belais 14k”, and “Talon Grip Trade Mark”. They weigh 6.1g or .21oz, and the fronts are in very good condition. A bit of reddish metal – copper? – shows through on the backs, from wear which is consistent with age. Circa 1920...

Shades of emerald, peridot, and topaz set in gold-tone metal make this a wonderful piece, and its size makes it a statement. Measuring 2-1/2” x 1-1/2”, it is in excellent condition. All the stones are present, and prong set. There are some repairs on the back, and it’s possible that the pin stem assembly is not original, but none of that has any impact on the beauty of this piece...

This sweetheart of a ring, made recently in the Art Nouveau style, is a continual band of blue enameled flowers (each centered by a diamond), pink enameled foliage, and trails of more tiny diamonds. So pretty! Made from 18k yellow gold (and marked 18k, as well as having a maker's mark), it is has a nice weight (8.5g), yet is elegant and graceful. It contains 30 points of a carat in diamonds (just under 1/3 carat). This ring is a size 6, and is NOT resizable...

Here is a lovely and graceful fairy, made in the Art Nouveau style. While new, she still conveys the design ethos of a bygone era. (During the Nouveau era – roughly 1890–1915 - there were very few fairy jewels made.) She is made from 18k yellow gold, and her wings are plique a jour (translucent enamel). The colors shade from pink to almost white, and then into green. Her golden hair is accented by a round brilliant cut diamond, and at her feet is a cultured pearl dangle. The back is stamped ...

This sweet lady is made of unmarked but tested 18k yellow gold. Spangled with 8 tiny diamonds (the birthstone for April), and with her hair swept up into a bun with whispy tendrils of hair around her ears, she is just charming! She measures 1” x 1”, and weighs 2.5g. The gold is a little worn at the high points, and we had the ring repaired, as it was worn very thin – someone clearly loved it a lot! On the back, it looks as though someone made a groove for testing the gold. Otherwise in ver...

This pretty little pin is very Art Nouveau! A lady’s face is surrounded by ribbons and flourishes, some set with seed pearls. It is gold filled, and measures 1-1/8” x 7/8”. Her nose and chin show some wear, and the metal could use brightening up a bit. The pin stem assembly is mounted in a somewhat unusual fashion – please see photos. Circa 1900. We love this pin! The colors are so pretty, and the leafy design is so very Arts & Crafts. It consists of a leaf and berry motif, highlighted by a central cushion-cut blue chalcedony cab (thought to bring good luck), with a circular green aventurine cab on either side. Measuring 1-3/4” x 3/8", it is unmarked but tests as silver. It is in excellent condition, although the pin is a little bent. The pin stem assembly may be a replacement, but if so, it’s quite an old change. Circa 1900. Please ...

So much symbolism in this pretty jewel! It depicts a crescent moon – symbol of the female principal, intuition and new beginnings; an arrow – symbol of, swiftness (think of Katniss Everdeen), Sagittarius, and sexual attraction (Cupid’s bow); and a 5-pointed star, symbolic of so many things we won’t even start! It is set with 11 turquoises (birthstone for December, believed to be good for healing, focus, etc.) and one seed pearl. It tests as 14k (rose) gold. The head measures 7/8” at t...
