This lovely navette-shaped pin from the Arts & Crafts era measures 2-1/8 x 7/16”. It has a leaf and berry design, centered by a pretty deep purple amethyst. (Amethysts are thought to bring calmness and clarity to the mind.) It is marked STERLING, and the pin-stem assembly is original. It has a nice patina. In excellent condition, and circa 1900. Please take care in reading this description and looking at the photos, as we are not responsible for buyer remorse...

This charm bracelet is a real show-stopper! It has 20 charms. 11 are karat gold, the others are gold fill except the coral elephant and the silver donkey. Check out the photos! The charms are a wild variety from tools to musical instruments, plus a pistol! There are a few rings where there apparently used to be charms – perfect places to add your own. The charms are hung on a modified paperclip chain marked 14k. 6 charms are articulated...

This lovely item is a navette-shaped pin from the Arts & Crafts era. It measures 2-1/4 x 3/8”. It has a leaf and berries design, centered by a blister pearl of an intriguing shape. It is marked STERLING, and the pin-stem assembly is original. I have not cleaned it, so it has a nice patina and a little bit of tarnish. In excellent condition, and circa 1900. Here is a nice micromosaic brooch, possibly from Italy – in the 1800s the Italians were making these pieces for the tourist trade. This one is made of red, blue, and white tesserae, and none of them are missing, which is unusual. The setting is brass, we believe, and the whole thing is 2-5/8” x 7/16". It is signed “FAP” on the back. It’s a bit dirty, and there seems to be a break in the twisted metal decoration around the edge, but it’s barely visible without magnification...

Here is a fun Christmas tree! Enameled in green over gold-toned metal, it has 10 prong-set red rhinestones and 10 dangling bead “ornaments.” It measures 2-1/4” x 1-1/2”. There is slight enamel damage; otherwise in great condition. Made between 1960 and 1975. This delicate little lady was made by Jean-Baptiste-Emile Dropsy, one of the famous French medalists. The design was usually made out of a heavy gold plate, but this one is 18k rosy gold, unmarked but tested. Signed by Dropsy on the front, as is usual with French medals, it measures ½” in diameter (with the jump ring, 7/8”), and weighs 1.5g. It could be worn as a pendant or a very classy charm. In excellent condition, showing a gentle patina, and Circa 1900...

A gorgeous queen graces the front of this antique locket. She wears a crown with a row of 7 tiny single-cut diamonds, and one slightly larger full-cut diamond at the peak of the crown. Her hair cascades down to her shoulder, and gold disks hang from the crown. Just lovely! She has a little dent at about cheek bone height. The back is monogrammed with the usual illegible letter – possibly an “S” – and has several little dents. The rose gold tests at about 12k...

Here is a ring made from an Unger cuff link, with a clear maker’s mark. The decoration is a flower, possibly a poppy, and vine tendrils curling down the sides – really pretty. The cuff link portion is 13/16ths” x ½”, and the band ¼” wide. It is a size 6-1/2...

According to some, this is St. Catherine, patroness of young maidens and female scholars. There is a (“Catherine”) wheel in the background, and a flower in the foreground. Her clothing looks very Renaissance to me. Marked “SILVER” on the C-clasp, with an illegible maker’s mark, the metal tests 90-100% silver, and she’s a dainty 7/8” in diameter. 2.5g. In excellent condition, and circa 1850. Please read this description and look at the photos very carefully, as we are not responsib...

This costume brooch is really cute. It features prong-set amber-colored rhinestones and colorless glued-in rhinestones in a roundish setting made of gold-toned metal. It makes me think of flowers and snowflakes. Unsigned, in excellent condition and 1” in diameter. Here is a pretty lady’s face in profile. Her long golden hair trails down to end with a tiny baroque or freshwater pearl. Total length of the face, hair and pearl is nearly ¾”. This design was based on a drawing by Charles Dana Gibson – a Gibson Girl! Please see the final photograph. It is hallmarked 14k, weighs 1.2g, and is in excellent condition. It doesn’t have a maker’s mark, but I have seen this exact stick pin with Alling’s mark. Circa 1900. Please read this description and l...

Here is a very nice pair of earrings, in excellent condition. Measuring 13/16” x 1-1/16", in a rounded rectangular shape, with a center oval outlined in gold, they are quite elegant. They are clip-ons. No marks, but perhaps circa the 1950s, they would lend themselves to many different outfits and occasions. Here is a lovely ring, which could have graced the finger of a lady on the Titanic, or on the set of Downton Abbey or The Great Gatsby. Here we have a very pretty Charles Horner enameled pendant. It sports the Horner signature as well as hallmarks for Chester, 1909-10. The enamel is a lovely mix of green and blue in 3 panels, with a blister pearl mounted at the top and a freshwater pearl dangle. It measures 1-5/8” not including the bale, by 1” at the widest point. It is on a modern 18” sterling chain. The enamel is in perfect condition, but there is a tiny chip to the blister pearl, which doesn’t even show up in the enl...

This sweet ring comes out of the Art Deco era of The Great Gatsby. The diamond is a very sparkly “transitional” diamond, i.e., between the older style of cutting and the modern round brilliant style. It weighs approximately .63 (or 63/100th of a carat), and is just really pretty. I don’t really know how to photograph diamonds, so my photos don’t do it justice. The diamond is set in platinum, and the ring shank is (marked) 14k gold. There is a maker’s mark which is too worn to read. Abo...

This gypsy ring is made from a lovely rich yellow 18 kt gold. The center stone is a diamond, the 2 outer stones are rubies. It has nice decorative scroll work carving on the shoulders. The hallmarks are for Chester, 1903, and there is a maker’s mark that I can’t decipher. It weighs .14 oz, and is approximately a size 5. The shank is a little off round, and it may have been sized at some time, but it is in excellent condition. Please take care in reading this description and looking at the ph...
