This sweet jewel consists of a circle of gold enameled in deep blue, with gold highlights. Through it is tied a 3-looped bow, decorated with tiny seed pearls, as are the bail and drop. There are a few places where the enamel appears to have been applied imperfectly, and a couple very tiny chips, but these very minor flaws are visible only with magnification. It is stamped 15kt gold, but there is a place on the back where it looks as though someone made a repair using rose gold. The pendant measures just over 1-1/2” x 1”. Probably made between 1854 and 1910. It is in overall very good antique condition; please note that there is some wear to the gold of the bale where a chain would rub. The photos are part of the description; please read carefully. Thanks! Shipping, handling & insurance within the USA included.
