| Here is a really lovely sash buckle, designed for Tiffany by the famous George Shiebler. It is marked “Tiffany & Co,” the winged S for Shiebler, “Sterling,” and “4758.” It is 3” x 2”, with a slight curve to it. Decorated with flowers and foliate designs, it’s a charmer. (Geo. W. Shiebler & Co. were in business under that name from 1876 until almost 1915.) I got it in a Tiffany bag, which may be original to the piece. In excellent condition. | ||
