| This magnificent Italian bed cover is so Covered with detailed hand embroidered cutwork and lace that I hardly noticed the small center medallion of figural work at first! The wonderful 2" + scalloped lace goes around all 4 sides, and there are lace insertions throughout. The linen is drapey antique linen with just a few small breaks,and there are few if any breaks in the lace. The last photo shows it on a queen bed with top over large bolster pillows, however I wonder if it is meant to be turned down with the cutwork and lace border showing. There are tiny little needlework snow flake filled cutwok circles scattered throughout. It is so exquisite! It measures 84" by 126",which would fit a queen size,possibly intending to cover the bed and pillows. I haven't had a chance to launder it,so there are faint storage stains.
