Japanese hexagonal form blue ground cloisonne enamel vase decorated with a single bird flying over flowering plants. Green counter enamel at the base and interior. Bronze rims are at the mouth and foot. 9 5/8" high. Late Meiji to early Taisho period (circa pre-1910 to pre-1925). Very good overall condition. There is one small flaw in the enamel (see enlargement 10) and the rim is slightly dinged.
