| Jar. Provenance: (Southeast) China, Swatow. Dating: The end of the 16th century / first half 17th century. Jar on a flat, unglazed, base decorated in underglaze blue. On the waist decorated with two medallions containing a flower separated by a concentric waves pattern. The shoulder is decorated with a band of lotus leaves and on the lip rim a double circle. Dimensions: Height: 50 mm (1.97 inch), Diameter: 55 mm (2.17 inch), Diameter of footring: 32 mm (1.26 inch), Diameter of mouth: 20 mm (0.79 inch).
