This is a lovely unusual rhinestone set from the 1950s - unusual because of the criss cross design in the front. The necklace itself is adjustable, up to 15 1/2". The two dangle piecesin the front with the opaque blue glass stones are each 1 3/4" long. The back of the necklace is silver colored, shiny, and apparently rhodium plated. The matching earrings are screw backs and each one is 1 3/4" long - they echo the design of the necklace, with each ending in an opaque blue glasss stone with three clear rhinestones below. The setis in excellent condition and extremely well made. So much so that I expected it to be signed. It is not signed, though that has little to do with its beauty and design.
