This rare and hard to find set is signed Lustern which is the mark for the Lewis Stern Company (1871-1950). It comes from the days when glanour was the norm in the movies and when one dressed for a night out.
The necklace has glowing ruby red baguette rhinestones on the pendant and all along the chain. The pendant also has clear chaton rhinestones, which accentuate the ruby red.
The bracelet has five fan shaped pieces with the same glowing ruby red baguette and clear chaton rhinestones as the necklace.
The clip on earrings are fan shaped and have ruby red baguette and clear chaton rhinestones.
The necklace is about 15 inches long and the pendant is about 1.75 inches by 1 inch. The bracelet is about 7.5 inches long and .75 inches wide with a safetychain. The clip earrings earrings are about 1 inch by .75 inches. All of the pieces are marked. This set is in excellent condition with all stones present and bright. The gold plating is bright and shiny looking as if this set was something someone treasured enough to take care of it.
