A Tibetan shrine box meant to hold three statues, this is a totally genuine piece with original cabinetry and original paint. The front has been split and repaired in three places and there is some paint loss, especially to the third banner from the left and to a couple of the offering pots at the bottom. The leather thong on top allowed it to be carried by hand or on horseback. The piece measures 15 inches in length and 14-1/2 inches in height and is 4-1/2 inches deep. |
