This is a very nice two-ring bronze sword from the Warring States period of ancient China. It comes from an old German collection. It appears to have been cleaned and then treated with wax to preserve the finish. The final photograph shows a closeup of the patina with the remnants of the sealing wax. There is also a museum or collection marked written on the blade. There is some pitting to the blade surface but overall it is solid and stable. The total weight is 545 grams and the total length is just over 39 cm. Feel free to email with any questions. Authenticity is guaranteed.
