| A fabulous clobbered Staffordshire transferware soft paste cake plate early 19th century. The maker is Thomas Minton and made from between 1822 and 1836. It is marked Opaque China and the pattern is Chinese Marine. It has a raised rim with floral border and the central panel is a Chinese village with a river flowing along side it. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. Size: 8-1/2 inches in diameter. | |||||||
