Oaxaca, Mexico Ram Folkart Carving
Acclaimed Oaxacan artisan Susano Morales, known for his unusual carvings, has created this handsome, prancing ram with majestic red and black striped horns. The body is painted black, with a multi overlay of minuscule green lines, creating a black-green luster, which is accented with a rust stripe from nose to tail. The underside is yellow, with red and yellow hooves. The ears are lavender with purple accents, and the eyes are lavender and purple outlined with grey. Approximate dimensions: 15" Long x 6" Wide x 14" High.
