Lemur
This wonderful Lemur,a nocturnal mammal from Madagascar, has been created by Oaxacan artisan Eleazar Morales. The Lemur is speckled black and gray with a gray and black striped tail. His alert face is gray, with a black muzzle and a nose with whimsical purple markings, punctuated with startling orange and brown eyes. The artist is a master of painting fascinating animal faces. The Lemur is 10 inches from nose to tail tip, 5-1/2 inches high at the curve of his back, and his body alone is 7-1/2 inches long. The leg width is 5 inches at the widest point.
