Oaxaca, Mexico Buzzard Folkart Carving
Master artisan Eleazar Morales' observant buzzard carving has wings painted in a detailed feather pattern of gray, turquoise, blue and lavender. The body is lavender with blue and pink accents. The head is an orange and red freeform pattern with a medium brown beak and turquoise eyes. The feathers around its neck are shades of beige and brown. Approximate dimensions: 6" Long x 5" Wide x 8" High. A beautiful and unusual carving.
