Early 19thC Shiva and Parvati as beggars, also known as 'neelkant,' which refers to the 'blue throat' obtained by drinking poison. Height 9.5 cm, width 6.8 cm. This is a rare folk piece with a Jain-style prabhavali, from the state of Maharashtra.
