Oil on Canvas by William Bradford Green (American 1871-1945), signature lower right. Portrait of a Robed Woman, 24"x 18", with frame 29"x35"-circa 1930. There is a Floral Painting on verso, "A La Japonese" shown at the Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts, circa 1926 (signature lower left). Green is a listed artist in Who Was Who in American Arts.

Waugh was born in Bordentown NJ in 1861 and died in Provincetown MA in 1940. He is known as an illustrator, marine, landscape and genre painter. He studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts with Thomas Eakins and at the Academie Julian in Paris with Boulanger and T. Robert Fleury (1888-1889)...

Anton Otto Fischer (1882-1962) German-American Artist. "WINTER STREAM" Oil on Canvas. Dimensions; 28" x 21"; site 24" x 18". Excellent condition. Fischer was born in Munich Germany, and came to NY in 1903; he died in Woodstock NY. He studied at the Academie Julien, Paris, 1906-1908. He exhibited in many museums, including the Brandywine River Museum, in PA.

Robert Brackman (Born Odessa, Russia 1898; Died Roank, CT 1980). “Still Life on White”. Oil on Canvas. Signed Lower Right and on Rear (with title). Dimensions; site 19.5"wide x 15.5"high, with gilt frame 27"wide x 22"high. Brackman studied at the National Academy of Design and was a long time teacher at the Art Students League of NY and elsewhere. His paintings are in many Museum Collections.
