A Georgian Silver Sweetmeat or Sugar Basket with a Swing Handle. Hallmarked in London, 1785, by Thomas Daniel. Of an Oval or Boat Shape, with a Beaded Rim, Handle and Base. A Repousse Floral Design. Dimensions; 8.6 Troy ounces; 7" x 4" x 7.5" high to handle. Excellent condition.
