Sinuous and light 940 (better than sterling) silver buckle from the great Hector Aguilar. This petite treasure is marked 940, HA (long bar through curving H) Taxco Mexico, Eagle 9. The mark dates this piece between 1948 and 1962. ••• The buckle measures 3½” wide x 1Ό” deep. The loops on the back measure a scant 7/8” and would accept a narrow leather belt. Total weight: 24 grams. ••• CONDITION: Excellent estate condition.
