Although the person who was at the show used the front cover as a travel diary, what they wrote is very interesting.

As best as I can read what was written, I quote: Left Buffalo 11:26AM Sunday. Met at airport 12:50PM - Hotel Taft (top corner is torn) and (town?)Latin Quarter & subway to (torn corner again) Village to El Morocco home to bed. Up at 9:00? (10:30)-Breakfast at Mammies - Empire State Building-ACA (?) Building Rockefeller Center got tickets to see Gent P Blondes and Kiss Me Kate. Ate Restaurant (?) - Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and Copa.

At Copa saw Frankie Laine on stage.

Bumped into Franke Carle (?) and Gloria Swanson...etc. End of quote.

Wish I had been with them to see a show at the old Copa, etc.

Back cover of playbill is missing...Chesterfield cigarette ad is last page of this item.

As you would expect, the advertising in the playbill is also quite wonderful...even frameable art.

Playbill is just a charming reminder of days gone 'bye.'
