| A very fine old Kwakiutl totem pole by the famous Charlie James circa 1915-1920. The totem features wonderful imagery of a Thunderbird and Bear biting the tail of killer whale, note the little face carved in for a blow hole on the whale. The totem stands 15" tall with a 8 3/4" wingspan and is in perfect original condition. Clearly signed both Charlie James and his Native name Yakuglas to the reverse. | ||
