Arthur Shaughnessy (1884-1945) A great old Kwakiutl totem pole attributed to the hand of master carver Arthur Shaughnessy (1885-1945) from Alert Bay BC circa 1920. The totem stands 17" tall with a 9 1/2" wingspan and features a Thunderbird and Bear clutching a salmon.
