Handmade sterling silver and turquoise bracelet designed and signed (c.1950) by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar (1905-86). Bracelet measures 1 1/4 inch wide and will comfortably fit up to a 6 1/2 inch wrist. The bracelet is in beautiful vintage condition. The two blue and two green turquoise stones are original to the bracelet. One green stone has some surface wear. Two balls on the pin clousure have pinhead size dings noticed only on very close inspeciton. Attached safety chain closure pin are in perfect working order. Fully hallmarked HA 940 TAXCO eagle 9. This design was featured in the recent museum exhibit WILLIAM SPRATLING AND THE MEXICAN SILVER RENAISSANCE. Insured shipping included.
