This sculptural bracelet was designed & signed c. 1950's by Taxco, Mexico artist Antonio Pineda. The bracelet measures 1 1/2" high and will fit up to a 7" wrist. It weighs 131 grams. The 12 hand carved crescent shaped stones are framed in 970 sterling silver. Both stones and silver are in beautiful condition with no issues. Both clasp & safety chain are tight and secure. Fully hallmarked for Antonio. The matching necklace is pictured on p. 132 of SILVER SEDUCTION: THE ART OF MEXICN MODERNIST ANTONIO PINEDA by Gobi Stromberg. Antonio designs are included in the permanent 20th century Mexican silver collection at Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
