Rare solid brass chest with wood interior lining. This beautiful metal chest was made in India completely of brass, then lined with wood and handles of leather. Even the hinges, hasp and rivets are pure brass. My buyers tell me that they stopped production in 1995. Exact age of this extremely rare piece is not known. Dimensions: 36" W, 18" D, 18" H.
