| 40's Hungarian peasant blouse in rayon chiffon with exquisite hand embroidery, open work, and smocking. From my own collection, this one is hard to part with. Peasant blouses with this much embroidery and smocking, in such a variety of colors and in near perfect condition, are very difficult to find. It would fit a size 6-8 best, but the smocking stretches a little, and there is a lot of fabric in the top. The size tag says 44, and the measurements are approx. up to 42" bust, 26-32" waist, 7 1/2-10" sleeve end openings, and 22" overall length. A real beauty and a great find, it's in excellent, like new, condition. | |||||||||||
