19th Century Victorian Travelling Doctors Surgical Instruments C. Baker, 214 High Holburn, London.
This kit is in it's original Leather case, stamped in gilt by the original maker.
The contents include;
forceps
blades
scissors
thermometer
tweezers
spatula
needles
etc
The case is stamped with the initials V.G.D.B.
In all there are fifteen pieces, used but in quite good condition considering the age.
An interesting set, made in London during the time of Jack the Ripper.
