| Nanking Cargo Hatcher Hardback book "The Hatcher Porcelain Cargoes" The complete record By Colin Sheaf and Richard Kilburn. Phaidon Christies Oxford Published 1988. This very fine hardback book tells the story of "The Hatcher Junk" (1643-6) and "The Geldermalsen" which is the name of the V.O.C Vessel that was carrying the Nnaking Cargo. The authors call it "The Complete Record" but as we know some Fifteen years later Michael Hatcher discovered the "Tek Sing" Cargo which shows the still and determination of this ledgendary creacure seeker. One would assume that due to his advancing years he has hung up his snorkel or has he... This book is by the most serious and informative reference to these important finds. There are lots of beautiful photographs, I always have a copy beside me on the desk. In very good used condition. | ||||||
