| This unique enameled "Flag" spoon is in wonderful condition. We are so pleased to offer it at this time. The spoon measures 4" in length and was made at the turn of the last century. The detail is just wonderful. We feel that there is no damage to this piece. However when we look at the bowl of the spoon with a 10X power loop we can see some enamel that is not there at the end of the last stripe and one of the stars. It looks like that was in the making. The bowl is small and the curve probably made it impossible to control the tools. We honestly feel that this was a problem in the making as we see no damage to the spoon. This is a treasure and we know that a demitasse collector will consider it a "must " for an advanced collection | ||
